Swimming Instructors

In2Swim are seeking enthusiastic swimming instructors to join our growing team. Positions are available for experienced swimming teachers, coaches, or trainees who are willing to learn. Whether you have years of experience or are just starting out in the swimming industry, we provide ongoing training and development, and assistance with swim teacher accreditation courses.

Ideally you will:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Be fun, friendly, enjoy working with children and love the water
  • Have great communication skills
  • Be mature and reliable
  • Enjoy a team environment
  • Have a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety licence (Austswim or Swim Australia) or be willing to obtain
  • Have a WWCC (Working with Children Check), if over 18, or be willing to obtain
  • Be trained in CPR or willing to obtain

Senior Swimming Instructor / Supervisor

We’re excited to offer a great opportunity for a Senior Swimming Instructor / Supervisor to join our team and make a real impact teaching children to swim in a fun, energetic environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll use our proven swimming program framework to teach technique-based lessons both in and out of the water. As a pool deck Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for assessing students’ skill levels, promoting them when ready and providing face-to-face feedback to parents/caregivers.

Ideally you will:

  • A passion for working with children, in and out of the water, nurturing their confidence as they improve their swimming abilities at all levels.
  • Experience as a swimming teacher
  • Swim teaching and coaching qualifications
  • Current First Aid, CPR and WWCC (Working with Children Check) Certificates
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with parents, caregivers, students and team members.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, including conflict resolution
  • Experience with iClass Pro is a plus, but not required.

Customer Service Representative

IIn2Swim are looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Your role will include welcoming families to the centre, providing information on our swimming programs, responding to customer enquiries, managing bookings and waitlist enrolments amongst other customer-facing tasks.

Ideally you will:
  • Be fun, friendly and enjoy engaging with children and adults
  • Have great communication skills and an eye for detail
  • Be confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and be willing to learn
